Potential swap hosting to sell my entire system

I will be moving to NC at the end of june and would really like to have the weight of worrying about breaking down the tank off my plate. 

I am willing to host a swap (my last nhfs swap)  in hopes that the group can clean me out. 

I can sell the whole setup to one person, or i need to sell all of the livestock so i can pack up and bring the dry goods/equipment 

I could host on a sat or sun whatever could help more people be able to make it.
